Pedro is ‘apasionado’ (passionate!) about his cooking, motivated by loving memories of his Venezuelan homeland and by the same ardor he saw in his mother as she prepared meals daily for her family. He learned at a young age from his “Mama Leda” that there is no better way to encourage good talk, kinship and understanding than over a delicious meal served in a warm and convivial atmosphere. His aspiration in his Watertown and Billerica restaurants is to welcome his patrons to his table to experience that same passion and love he’s carried with him from home and family.
